Firstly we’ll start mentioning “what is mental health”? In simple term so basically mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing therefore taking care of your mental health and wellbeing is a crucial part of living well and here are some of the reasons why?

Now coming back to our organization here we are working relentlessly towards the mental health, trying to reach and educate as many people as we can. “PICS NEPAL” as we started the organization 5/6 years back with the same positivity ‘enthusiasm’ and “honesty “which is still very much there. Our mail goals was and is always the “peace of mind” of many peoples as we can, promoting mental health its importance as many as we can. We want the wellbeing and effective functioning of individuals. For that purpose to fulfill the aimed goal we here hire the best trainer, counselor, psychiatrist without compromising the quality. After all these years seeing the aimed goal fulfilled, that is seeing the revolution growing changes among the individuals and persons keen interest in the field of counselling being aware about mental health its importance, it is very overwhelming to see such response which encouraged us to explore more that is expanding our organization our territory. Therefore we are here in “surkhet” as the people over here showed extremely passion towards mental health very keen to be part of mental health its importance seeing such response among the people of surkhet such positive energy and eagerness among the students about mental health makes us work more relentlessly as such response encourages to explore and open up more branches in many other places too.

Why mental health? (Importance)

Mental health is more important now than ever before, it impacts every area of our lives. The importance of good mental health ripples into everything we do, think or say.

                         Reasons to care for mental health.

–  Maintaining a positive mental health and treating any mental health conditions is crucial to stabilizing constructive behaviors, emotions and thoughts.

– Nurturing mental health does not just improve our daily functioning but it can also help us control or at least combat some of the physical health problems directly linked to mental health conditions, for example heart diseases and stress are related, so managing stress might have a positive outcome on heart disease.

– having those tough conversations and admitting there’s a problem means we can come up with a solution. We can start removing the shame and fear that’s often associated with topics surrounding mental health. Doing so can increase the likelihood of someone reaching out when they need help.

– Asking for help is a sign of interest, working together allows us to begin building a foundation that respects and honors the importance of good mental health.

– Any benefit to focusing on mental health awareness is that it can make signs and symptoms of certain conditions better known. Early intervention is predictive of how successful mental health treatment will be for many conditions
